Curing Instructions (Important)
Wash & dry
Oil all surfaces
Bake at 350°F for 15 mins
Cool completely
Re-oil
Repeat for deeper curing
Important notice:
“Temperature beyond 360°F may darken the stone (normal).”
Important Usage
- Designed for wood, charcoal, electric grills & ovens
- Not for direct gas burner use
- Use heat diffuser plate
- Gradual heat increase
- Never dry heat
- Hand wash only
- Use silicone utensils
DON’TS
- Avoid sudden temperature changes
- Do not overheat
- No microwave or broiler
- Avoid harsh chemicals
- Do not cut on surface
Before First Use
- Rest 50–60 minutes
- Fill with boiling water
- Let cool completely
- Apply light oil
Cooking Guidelines
- Start with very low flame
- Increase heat gradually
- First 10–15 uses → liquid-based recipes
- Avoid dry heating
- Use heat diffuser
- Re-oil after washing
