Our Shipping Policy
How We Do It
All our soapstone cookware orders are shipped within 24 hours and usually arrive within 3–5 business days. We use USPS or UPS as our local carriers, with 2- or 3-day Priority shipping for all soapstone cookware products.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery zip code, package weight, and dimensions, including any promotional discounts. For shipments outside the continental United States, applicable shipping charges and VAT are added at checkout.
Our Return Policy

I Gladly Accept Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your soapstone cookware purchase, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship the item back within 7 days of delivery to receive a full refund.
I Don’t Accept Exchanges or Cancellations
However, please contact us by phone or email if you experience any issues with your soapstone cookware order.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the returned item is not in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The Following Items Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

Sales Tax Policy
State and local sales tax is collected on all orders shipped to Virginia and South Dakota.
